To keep things from getting confusing later on, here’s a glossary of the terms that come up across the platform and inside this document:

• Gaming Contract: what happens when you place a wager — a risk-based deal that follows the rules set out before play begins, with a prize attached if you win.
• Wager: placing money on an event where nobody knows the outcome in advance.
• Stake: the actual cash amount you put down to take part in a wager. Some conditions apply before it’s accepted.
• Operator: the licensed company that runs the platform behind the scenes.
• Player: any individual person placing wagers. Companies, trusts, and other legal entities aren’t allowed to take part.
• Outcome: the final or interim result of an event, which decides whether a wager wins or loses.
• Markets: the available sporting fixtures along with the possible outcomes and the odds tied to each one.
• Winnings: the payout a player receives when their wager comes in.
• Odds: a number that reflects how likely an outcome is, and that determines how much you’ll be paid if your wager wins.
• Voided Bet: a wager where odds are reset to 1 and the stake returned to the player — usually because of a cancelled or invalid event.
• Standard Time: the official length of an event according to the sport’s rules. Extra time, breaks, and overtime fall outside of this.
• Account Profile: the personal file linked to each user, holding records of wagers, withdrawals, and other activity on the site.
• Login Details: the username and password used to access an account.

Knowing What You’re Doing Before You Bet

Anyone placing wagers should fully understand the rules behind each one. If something doesn’t quite add up, three options sit in front of you:

• Get in touch and ask about the specific event or wager type that’s giving you doubts.
• Drop a message to support if you need more background on how the markets work.
• Wait. Don’t place anything until the rules make full sense to you.

Wagers placed without a clear handle on the rules are entirely down to the player. The platform doesn’t take responsibility for misunderstandings.

What RTP Actually Means

RTP, or Return to Player, is a statistical figure. It estimates the share of total wagers that gets returned to players over a long stretch of gameplay — think thousands of rounds, not a single session.

Because it’s an average across huge data sets, your personal results in any given session can swing well above or below that figure. Sometimes that means a big win. Sometimes a loss. Placing wagers means accepting this variance as part of the experience.
